Hi Loves! I hope you are all doing well and staying safe during this quarantine. I know that a lot of people are currently practicing self-care since we are all at home. I wanted to inspire you all with some ways to practice self-care during this time and some of my self-care favorites. 1. Following a Skincare Regimen
One of my favorite things to do to practice self-care is to keep up with my skincare. I always make to to wash my face daily and mask a few times a week. Keep in mind to be gentle on your skin and not to use harsh products. Here are some of my favorite skincare items.
2. Drinking Water & Eating Healthy
Another way I like to practice self care is by drinking a lot of water throughout the day and eating healthy. Here are some ways that you can make sure to drink more water and eat healthy.
3. Working Out/Being Active
Another way to practice self-care is to workout and get active. Lately, I have been taking walks and finding workout videos on YouTube to follow along to. This is also a great time to listen to your favorite music and get motivated.
4. Reading a Book
One thing I have currently been doing is reading some new books. Lately, I have been into more inspirational and lifestyle books. I am currently reading Perfectly Yourself by Mattew Kelly. Here are some books I’m planning on reading soon:

- Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry

5. Watching Youtube
Something I love to do is watch Youtube. I can use this time to take inspiration from other people and relate to others. Here are some Youtube Channels I am enjoying right now:
6. Styling My Hair
Styling my hair is something that always makes me feel put together even when I am at home. I always like using as few products as a can and take care of my hair at the same time. Here are some of my favorite hair tools:
7. Doing My Nails
Recently I have been loving doing my nails and I find it as a great time to unwind and practice self-care. Here is a link to the current products I am using to do my nails:
8. Browsing Pinterest For Inspiration
I often browse Pinterest for inspiration, from everything to fashion, makeup, lifestyle, and quotes. I will link my account below so you can see what pinterest images I am currently enjoying:
9. Decluttering & Organizing My Items
Another activity I have been doing a lot during quarantine is decluttering my items are organizing. This helps me feel put together and there is a lot less clutter. Here is a link to some ideas of what to declutter and organize:
10. Drawing & Coloring
The last activity I have been doing in drawing and coloring to unwind and practice self-care. I have been sketching and coloring on paper but also coloring on my iPad using the app Happy Color. This is a great way to get creative during quarantine and destress.
